I left home to travel to Addis Ababa in Ethiopia in 2013. During my stay, I was amazed by the Ethiopians Culture, but what captured all my attention at first was how cute Ethiopian women are.
I had so many great memories of Addis Ababa. For instance, I recalled the tasty food, and coffee, one of the best coffee I ever had. I fell in love with the simplicity of the way of life over there. Ethiopian dishes are famous for their taste. For instance, Injera food.
In fact, let me give you a glimpse of Injera. It is a sour fermented flatbread with a slightly spongy texture, traditionally made out of teff flour. It is the national dish of Ethiopia that is central to the dining process in their cultures as bread is the most fundamental component. Then, you add on the top tomatoes and other ingredients at your convenience. I even met one of my best Ethiopian friends at a youth conference.
